How is the price worked out?
One price for everything: €1.00 per user a month, or €9.60 per user a year if you pay yearly, which is 20% off. The smallest subscription is 10 users, so a team of six pays for 10. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone with an enabled mailbox in your Microsoft 365 directory. You choose how many users to pay for at checkout and can add more at any time from the billing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation gets 7 days with every feature, and you do not need a card to start. Choose monthly or yearly when the trial ends, or cancel with nothing to pay.
What do I need?
Microsoft 365 with Exchange Online, and a Global Administrator to approve Oofly once for your organisation. After that, owners, administrators and delegates sign in with their usual Microsoft work account.
Can Oofly read our email?
No. Oofly asks Microsoft for mailbox settings, which hold automatic replies, and never for mail. It cannot read, send or delete messages, and your administrator sees the exact list of permissions on Microsoft's consent screen before approving.
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans can also be paid by invoice. Change between them, or cancel, from the billing page in the portal.
Where is our data kept?
In the EU, on Microsoft Azure: the application in West Europe (the Netherlands) and the database in Germany West Central (Frankfurt), reached only over a private network.
